Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze how the effect of Work Stress, Workload and Work Environment on Turnover Intention on Outsourcing Employees at the Kebumen Police Office. The number of samples taken was 48 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job Stress significantly influences Turnover Intention in Outsourshing Employees at the Kebumen Police Office. (2 Work Environment significantly influences Turnover Intention in Outsourshing Employees in Kebumen Regency Satpolpp Office. (3) Turnover Intention has a significant effect on Turnover Intention on Outsourshing Employees in Kebumen Regency's Satpolpp Office. (4) Work Stres, Workload and Work Environment, jointly (simultaneously) a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention in Outsourshing Employees in the Kebumen District Police Office.
