Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work discipline on the performance of PNS employees in the Kodim 0709/Kebumen office. This study was a survey research with 35 respondents of PNS employees (saturated sample) at the Kodim 0709/Kebumen office. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the analysis of the data using multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which had previously been conducted prerequisite analysis tests include tests of normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisity.
After data analysis, conclusions: (1) compensation has a significant effect on the performance of PNS employees in the 0709/Kebumen Kodim office; (2) leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of civil servant employees in the Kodim 0709/Kebumen office; (3) work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PNS employees in the 0709/Kebumen Kodim office; (4) compensation, leadership style, and work discipline together have a significant influence on the performance of PNS employees in the Kodim 0709/Kebumen office.
