Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, and Interactional Justice on Job Satisfaction (Study of Civil Servants in Public Works and Spatial Planning at Kebumen Regency), both partially and simultaneously. This research is a survey research with 70 respondents of Civil Servants of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Kebumen Regency. The data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis (t test and F test), which had previously been subjected to analysis prerequisite tests including tests for normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedasticity.
After analyzing the data, the following results and conclusions are obtained: (1) Distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in Civil Servants in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning Kebumen Regency. (2) Procedural Justice has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Kebumen Regency. (3) Interactional Justice has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Kebumen Regency. (4) Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, and Interactional Justice have significant (simultaneous) significant effect on Job Satisfaction in Civil Servants of the Public Works Office and Spatial Planning in Kebumen Regency.
