PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, DISIPLIN DAN LOYALITAS TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN ADIMULYO KABUPATEN KEBUMEN

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, discipline and loyalty on the performance of village officials in Adimulyo district. The data of study is originaled from 149 respondent of 239 pupulation village apparatur in adimulyo district by using a questionare (propbability sampling technical and sample random sampling methode). The hypothesis is tested by using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of this study shows that compensation discipline and loyalty work on the performance of the village apparatus in Adimulyo sub district silmultane us test also proves that all independent variable have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus in adimulyo district.
