Abstract
This research purposes to examine and analyze the effects of role conflict, jobstress, and burnout to the Clinical Counselors' performance in dr. Soedirman Kebumen hospital. The datas are collected by distributing questionnaries using probability sampling technique, and using saturated sampling as the method. This research takes 71 respondences as sample, which are the whole populatin of Clinical Counselor. The Hypothesis is examined using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test and determination using SPSS 22 program. The results show that role conflict on the performance of Clinical Counselors, Jobstress are related to Clinical Counselors' performance, burnout is not partially related to Clinical Counselors' performance, while the simultan examination proves that the wole independent variable takes a significant effect to the clinical supervisor’s performance in dr. Soedirman Hospital. The value of dtermination coefficient test result (R2) shows 0.244 it means 24,4% of performance variable is affected by the burnout, role conflict, and jobstress. Then the rests of it are explained by other variables which are not exist in this research
