PENGARUH PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT DAN FLEXTIME TERHADAP JOB SATISFACTION DAN INTENTION TO STAY (Studi Pada Guru Produktif SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen)

This study aimed to examine the effect of person-organization fit and flextime on job satisfaction and intention to stay productive teachers of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. The sampling method used is a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling which is taking the sample as a whole or all members of the population used as samples. Respondents in this study were 60 productive teachers of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik kebumen. This study uses descriptive and statistical analysis methods with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. In the statistical method, the validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, path analysis, correlation test, t test, calculation of influence and coefficient of determination were tested. Testing the hypothesis in the t test shows that the person-organization fit influences the job satisfaction of productive teachers of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Flextime affects the job satisfaction of productive teachers of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Person-organization fit influences the intention to stay productive teacher of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen. Flextime has an effect on intention to stay productive teachers of SMK Taman Karya Teknik Kebumen. Job satisfaction influences the intention to stay productive teacher of SMK Taman Karya Madya Teknik Kebumen.
