Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, growth opportunity, dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor perbankan periode 2021-2023 yang berjumlah 47 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 34 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik population sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan growth opportunity berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor perbankan periode 2021-2023, sedangkan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor perbankan periode 2021-2023.
