ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR TELEKOMUNIKASI DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA) PERIODE 2020–2022)

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity and solvency on company value. Return On Assets (ROA) to proxy the profitability ratio variable in this research. The Liquidity Ratio is proxied using the Current Ratio (CR) and the Solvency Ratio is proxied using the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR). Price to Book Value (PBV) is then a proxy for company value. This research analyzes secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the form of annual financial reports and share price summary reports for telecommunications sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. Purposive Sampling technique is the sample choice used in this research, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results of this research show that the profitability variable has no effect on company value. Meanwhile, the Liquidity and Solvency variables have a significant effect on company value.
