Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Buayan. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
