Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Intention To Stay with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable on nurses at Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The population in this study were THL status nurses at Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen and the technique of taking samples that were carried out using saturated sampling techniques or all populations were sampled, namely THL status nurses in Hospital Dr. Soedirman Kebumen, amounting to 87 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, rebility test, classic assumption test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The data processing tool used is SPSS for Windows version 21.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job Statisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (2) Career Development does not affect the Organizational Commitment. (3) Job Statisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Itention to Stay. (4) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Itention to Stay. (5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Itention to Stay.
