Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Work Motivation, Leadership Style and Reward on Nurse Performance at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen. The number of samples taken 85 respondents were nurses at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is validity test, rebility test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS nurses at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen. (2) The leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS nurses at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen. (3) Reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS nurses at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen. (4) Work motivation, leadership style, and reward together (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PNS nurses at Dr. General Hospital Soedirman Kebumen
