Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi Dan Prosedur Kredit Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa Perkreditan Rumah Pada Bank Mandiri Cabang Gombong

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and credit procedures on the decision to use home loan services at Bank Mandiri Gombong branch. Sample data taken in this study are consumers who use home loan services at Bank Mandiri, amounting to 100 as respondents. Instruments or data collection tools in this study were using questionnaires or questionnaires. The results of the first hypothesis proving that the quality of service partially has a positive and significant impact on the decision to use housing credit services at Bank Mandiri Gombong branch. The magnitude of the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions 0.131 with a significance level of 0.047. The second hypothesis results that promotion partially has a significant influence on the decision to use home loan services at Bank Mandiri Gombong branch. The magnitude of the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions 0.127 with a significance level of 0.042. The third hypothesis proves that the partial credit procedure has a significant influence on the decision to use home loan services at the Bank Mandiri branch of Gombong. The magnitude of the effect of credit procedures on purchasing decisions 0.276 with a significance level of 0.005. The results of the fourth hypothesis simultaneously service quality, promotion, and credit procedures have a significant effect on the decision to use home loan services at Bank Mandiri Gombong branch. The amount of the F test is 7,506 with a significance level of 0,000.
