Pengaruh Meaningful Work, Calling Orientation, dan Resilience Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Meaningful Work, Calling Orientation, dan Resilience Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen yang berjumlah 62 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Meaningful Work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kebermaknaan kerja yang dirasakan guru, semakin baik pula kinerja yang ditunjukkan dalam melaksanakan tugas profesionalnya. Sementara itu, Calling Orientation tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Resilience juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial. Namun, secara simultan Meaningful Work, Calling Orientation, dan Resilience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 18,2% variasi kinerja guru, sedangkan 81,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effects of Meaningful Work, Calling Orientation, and Resilience on teacher performance at SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative approach using descriptive and statistical analysis methods. The subjects of this study were 62 teachers at SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen. Data were collected through questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination.
The results show that Meaningful Work has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This indicates that the higher the level of meaningfulness teachers perceive in their work, the better their performance in carrying out their professional duties. Meanwhile, Calling Orientation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. Resilience also does not have a significant partial effect on teacher performance. However, simultaneously, Meaningful Work, Calling Orientation, and Resilience have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Ma’arif 1 Kebumen. The coefficient of determination indicates that the three independent variables explain 18.2% of the variation in teacher performance, while the remaining 81.8% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study.
