Analisis Usability Aplikasi Mykebumen Menggunakan Metode User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+)

The development of information technology has encouraged local governments to provide digital-based public services through mobile applications, one of which is MyKebumen. Although the application provides various public services, an evaluation is needed to determine users’ experiences when using the application. This study aims to analyze the user experience of the MyKebumen application using the User Experience Questionnaire Plus (UEQ+) method. This study employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 120 MyKebumen users. The research instrument consisted of seven UEQ+ scales: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Intuitive Use, Visual Aesthetics, Quality of Content, Trustworthiness of Content, and Social Interaction, with a total of 28 statement items. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics for validity and reliability testing, followed by the UEQ+ Data Analysis Tool to obtain mean and confidence interval values. The results showed that all statement items were valid, with Corrected Item-Total Correlation values greater than the r-table value of 0.179, and all variables were reliable with Cronbach’s Alpha values above 0.70. All variables obtained mean values above 0.8, indicating a positive category. The highest mean was obtained by Social Interaction at 1.90, while the lowest was Attractiveness at 1.66. These results indicate that the MyKebumen application provides a positive user experience. The findings can serve as an evaluation for maintaining application quality and improving the Attractiveness aspect.
