Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attractiveness of alternatives, privaci and security terhadap intention to use ShopeePay pada pengguna ShopeePay Kabupaten Kebumen, dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 100 responden pada pengguna ShopeePay. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap intention to use. Peceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap intention to use. Attractiveness of alternatives berpengaruh terhadap intention to use. Privacy and security berpengaruh terhadap intention to use. Dan secara bersama-sama perceived ease of use, peceived usefulness, attractiveness of alternatives, privacy and security berpengaruh terhadap intention to use.
