Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, non-physical work environment, role ambiguity on work stress in Kebumen III Health Center employees. Data samples taken in this study are employees at the Kebumen III health center, which amounted to 32 employees as respondents. The instrument or data collection tool in this study was to use a questionnaire. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance. From the results of the second hypothesis that the non-physical work environment partially has a significant influence on work stress. From the results of proof of the third hypothesis that role ambiguity partially has a significant influence on work stress. From the results of the fourth hypothesis Workload, non-physical work environment, and role ambiguity simultaneously have a significant influence on work stress. R Square determination coefficient value obtained 0.359 means that 35.9% of work stress is influenced by variables Workload, non-physical work environment, and role ambiguity while the remaining 64.1% (100% -35.9%) is caused by other variables.
