Pengaruh Komuniksi, Kreativitas dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Resto Sari Bahari Gombong

The writer did this research to know the influence of communication,
creativity, and emotional intellegence to the performance of employee in Resto
Sari Bahari Gombong.
There are forty seven respondents in this study/research all the
respondent are the employess of Resto Sari Bahari Gombong this research used
descriptive and statistics methode, helped by SPSS 22.00 program, in the statistics
methode was done by using validity tested,multiple regression analyst hypotheses
tested with t testing and f testing.
Hypoteshes test in t testing showed that variabele communication,
creativity and emotional intellegence influence significantly to the performance of
employees Resto Sari Bahari Gombong. In test f also showed significant value.
The result of the research inicated the need of increasing of communication
variable, creativity and emotional intellegence influence significantly to the
performance of empolyees individualy or collectively. Coefficient value
determination showed that the performance of empolyees Resto Sar Bahari
Gombong by using communication variable, creativity and emotional intellegence
amounted to 30,6 % while the remaining 60,4% is given by other variable which
not present in this research.
