Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Digital Financial Literacy, Locus of Control, dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kesiapan Profesi Calon Akuntan di Era Transformasi Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan teknik penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa akuntansi di Indonesia dengan total sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 190 responden. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) memakai software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Digital Financial Literacy, Locus of Control, dan Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Kesiapan Profesi Calon Akuntan di Era Transformasi Digital.
