The number of samples taken was 82 respondents with saturated sampling method. Data collection using a Likert scale closed questionnaire. Data analysis used quantitative analysis and the method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, heterokesdasticity test and multicolinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis and T test, F test and coefficient determination test (Adjusted R Square) . The result of t test shows that job stress does not affect to employee performance of PD BPR BKK Kebumen, work load and compensation give positive and significant influence to employee performance in PD BPR BKK Kebumen. F test results show that work stress, workload and compensation together give a significant influence on the performance of employees at PD BPR BKK Kebumen. The value of coefficient of determination obtained 41.6% which means job stress (X1), workload (X2) and compensation (X3) has contribution influence on performance (Y) while the remaining 58.4% influenced by other variables outside the variable studied in this research.
