Abstract
This study aims to develop a mobile-based religious activity attendance application at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng as a solution to integrate prayer and religious study attendance into a single system. The development of the application was motivated by the existing attendance process, which was still carried out separately. Religious study attendance had already been conducted through a mobile application, while prayer attendance still relied on Google Forms. This difference in attendance mechanisms resulted in less effective data management, monitoring, and attendance recapitulation processes, highlighting the need for a more integrated, effective, and efficient system. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall development model, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The application was developed on two platforms: a mobile application for employees and a website application for administrators. The mobile application provides features for prayer attendance, religious study schedules, religious study booking, religious study attendance, uploading religious study summaries, attendance history, and user profile management. Meanwhile, the website application includes features for managing employee data, unit data, religious study schedules, attendance recapitulation, and verification of religious study summaries. Functional testing was conducted using Black Box Testing, while the application's usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results indicate that the developed application successfully met the users' requirements at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng. The Black Box Testing achieved a validation rate of 100%, indicating that all application functions operated according to the specified requirements. Furthermore, the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation produced an average score of 77.86, which falls into the Acceptable, Grade B, and Good adjective rating categories. Therefore, the developed application is capable of integrating the religious activity attendance process, simplifying attendance data management and monitoring, and improving the effectiveness of attendance implementation for both employees and administrators.
